Fall Program Registration

Registration is now open for SEASPAR’s fall 2024 programming season! The fall season – and guide – cover programming offered from September 23 through December 15.

You will be blown away by the exciting lineup of recreational programs and events planned for the fall! As the early north wind brings a refreshing change to the air, get ready to immerse yourself in a season filled with vibrant colors and thrilling activities. Program Guide
The fall program guide has been mailed to active SEASPAR participants. Yours may still be in the mail! Until you receive it, you are welcome to browse the guide online or stop by the SEASPAR office to pick up a copy. To request a mailed program guide, please call 630.960.7600 or email adminstaff@seaspar.org.

ePACT Emergency Form

All registrants must have a 2024 Emergency Form on file with SEASPAR. This is done through ePACT. If you’ve already participated in programs this year, you’ve completed it! We do ask that you revisit the form each season to ensure that no information has changed, especially medications. If you need assistance with your ePACT account, please call us at 630.960.7600 or email adminstaff@seaspar.org.

How to Register
Registration for all programs is lottery-based, and not first-come, first-served. Enrollment is not guaranteed.

The SEASPAR office is open to visitors from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Available registration options are:

• Register online here (first-time online registrants must contact the SEASPAR office at 630.960.7600 to have their login credentials sent to them)  OR
• Mail or drop off your registration form and payment at the SEASPAR office, 4500 Belmont Road in Downers Grove, which is open to visitors from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (for after-hours convenience, there is a mail slot at the office entrance) OR
• Fax registration form with credit card information completed to 630.960.7601 OR
• Email registration form with credit card information completed to adminstaff@seaspar.org.

Registration for fall programming closes on Monday, August 19, at 4:30 pm. We strongly encourage registering before the deadline in order to be entered into the lottery. All late registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis only after enrollees in the lottery have been placed in programs.

After Completing Your Registration

Your program confirmation will be mailed by August 30. Virtual program links will be emailed the week of September 16.
