Winter/Spring Registration

Get ready to turn the page on an exciting new chapter with SEASPAR! We are thrilled to announce the launch of our winter-spring program guide, the first in our year-long seasonal series with the theme: “Where Every Story Has a Hero, and You Are the Star.” This special series celebrates the amazing stories that our participants, families, team members, and volunteers have to tell our communities.

Inside this season’s guide, you’ll discover an inspiring lineup of engaging programs and events tailored to empower, energize, and excite. From adaptive and seasonal sports to social outings and special events, there’s something for everyone. And of course, we’re bringing back many beloved favorites—with a fresh twist!

Highlights of the new offerings include:

• Virtual Dances – Do you miss us in January? See your favorite SEASPAR friends on screen at virtual dances on January 17 and 31!
• Virtual Book Club – Participants will combine Zoom and Audible to enjoy Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief together.
• Unified Cornhole – New to Special Olympics and new to SEASPAR, participants will partner up with a family member, friend, or staff member to toss bags together.
• Teen Spring Break Camp – A new opportunity to serve our teens looking for fun while on spring break from school.
• Adapted Music Lessons – Accessible and adapted for all, these lessons will incorporate adaptive instruments, modified hand positions, and accessible tools to make music.

Program Guide
The winter/spring program guide has been mailed to active SEASPAR participants. Yours may still be in the mail! Until you receive it, you are welcome to browse the guide online or stop by the SEASPAR office to pick up a copy. ePACT Emergency Form

All registrants must have a 2025 Emergency Form on file with SEASPAR. This is done through ePACT. If you need assistance with your ePACT account, please call us at 630.960.7600 or email adminstaff@seaspar.org.

How to Register
Registration for all programs is lottery-based, and not first-come, first-served. Enrollment is not guaranteed.

The SEASPAR office is open to visitors from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Available registration options are:

• Register online here (first-time online registrants must contact the SEASPAR office at 630.960.7600 to have their login credentials sent to them) OR
• Mail or drop off your registration form and payment at the SEASPAR office, 4500 Belmont Road in Downers Grove, which is open to visitors from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (for after-hours convenience, there is a mail slot at the office entrance) OR
• Fax registration form with credit card information completed to 630.960.7601 OR
• Email registration form with credit card information completed to adminstaff@seaspar.org.

Registration for winter/spring programming closes on Monday, January 6, at 4:30 pm. We strongly encourage registering before the deadline in order to be entered into the lottery. All late registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis only after enrollees in the lottery have been placed in programs.

After Completing Your Registration

Your program confirmation will be mailed by January 17. Virtual program links will be emailed the week of January 27.
